Beauty: Hey ladies! Here’s a way to make ANY color eyeshadow that you desire look fantastic! From vibrant hues to
bright
metallics…The
secret is to have a neutral, shimmery base shadow.
First, line top and bottom lids with a black
eyeliner. Then, layer your eyelids with a brown
metallic shadow. Try Revlon’s quad eye shadow in
Coffee Bean. Layer the shadow evenly on the lid
and along the bottom lash line. On the lid, make
sure the color fades gradually as it ascends to
the brow bone. Then, take a small amount of your
vibrant shadow and layer it on top of your lid and
along your lash line. Add more as needed and blend
slightly into the neutral metallic shadow.
Complete with the 2 coats of mascara and you’re
ready to go. This look works very well with blues,
pinks, greens, or whatever color you choose. For a
softer look, skip the eyeliner.
Fashion:
It’s all
about sweaterdresses
this
season! Sweaterdresses
are an easy, time-saving look that you can take to
the office or to dinner. Very flattering
styles include a cowl neck, v-neck or wrap
dresses. If you’d like to define your waist,
purchase a low-slung belt to add to your look.
These dresses look fabulous with this season’s
suede slouch boots, knee boots or patent leather
maryjane shoes. Check out

dresses.

How to make
time for your workouts… Do
you want to get in shape but have difficulty
finding the time? One of the best times to work
out is in the morning because it’s
refreshing and jump starts your metabolism for the
day. If the morning is unrealistic for you,
use 30 minutes during your lunch hour or 30
minutes after work. There are several things
you can do to make the most of your work
out.Do a 30 minute workout video (see www.exercisetv.tv for quick workouts), two 15-minute workouts on a cardio machine (i.e. treadmill, Stairmaster, recumbent bike), 30 minutes of strength training or a 30 minute class at your gym. You should work towards doing four to five 30 minute workouts each week, eventually making the workouts longer if time permits. If time does not permit, increase the intensity of your workout by adding more workout days, lifting heavier weights or increasing the incline or level on your cardio machine. Never get used to a workout, always progress. To reach your fitness goals, it is essential to continuously challenge yourself.
